I think I found a wig I can use for Tiedoll, and I'll eventually start making Maker of Eden like next week at some point. I need to make a pattern for the coat, but the last pattern I made by myself didn't turn out so well. Guess I'll just pattern off an existing coat then.

I've found that patterning off an existing piece of clothing is probably the easiest way to make a good pattern.

I just shaped 2 tasers for Shion out of Modle magic. waiting for it to dry so I can hot glue silver tips onto the ends. I'm also fixing up the shirt I got for Shion. After that's done, I just have to sew buttons onto the sweatshirt and I'm done with it for Mew.

well I was xD but I accidentally sewed it on the wrong side so I need to undo it and redo it. I also won't have a sewing machine till saturday. I'll have Mion with me as long as she gets her wig in time. : D

I styled Allen's wig last night, but I messed up so I need to wash it and do it over. I also practiced with his face make up, but I still fail at eyeliner, so I probably wont use it xD

Temari is almost done. I make the skirt shorter and gave it a slit and I tightened the shirt up. I also got a wig and that is almost done. All that is left is to make the bow longer

I put bondo on the ankle-disks for my Sound Shackles, gonna sand them tomorrow and put another coat on, then put the crosses on and paint.

Got the lining for the my Yae kimono almost done; starting on the bridal satin top fabric, then I'll sew them together and make the sleeves and obi, add the sleeves and then I'll be done ^^

BAH SMALL THINGS.

I'm such a detail freak which is both good and bad.

Good because I make it but bad because a shake like a mother flippin'...yeah.
Not to my liking my it will do. I'm hoping that they are small enough that it won't matter what they look like. Broach is about the size of a quarter and you can tell the size of the headband stuff. Gotta make the wing thing for the other side now.

Also been working on Nightie Bridget, though it is nowhere near presentable. I'm hoping to finish fitting it tomorrow and start painting the cross.

You know those things that are advertised on TV all the time?
They would be PERFECT to do that.
Yes, they actually have a use other than making you look stupid xD

I wish I had photo's to post but my camera is being retarded and doesn't really like to turn on. Using my DSi for everything is starting to get really irritating.

Seto Kaiba-40% complete. I need to make the arm straps for the pants and shirt, make/buy the belt, get some new pants(my old ones died ;A;) and make the jacket entirely. The jacket btw is partially assembled.

Magnet Luka-80% complete. I just need the headphones at this point. -_-

Lock-5% complete. SO. MUCH. RED. I have nothing for him yet. :< Except for a red shirt.

Dark Signer Misty-5% complete. So I have most of the material for this. I just need to cut and assemble it. But I have time. ^_^

Rolf-45% complete. I need the shirt and hair. And possibly a tan, but I have time to fix that. ;3

DUDE, YOUR SKILL WITH DETAIL ASTOUNDS ME AND I LOVE IT LOTS. I like to be detailed but I screw up because I go to fast. But I'm better at it then massive amounts of sewing. Sewing machines hate me. :<

Just finished the base of Timcanpy and put one layer of gold paint on him. I didn't give him little feet though because I was too lazy xD. I also made a makeshift badge made of clay for Allen. The one that I ordered hasn't come yet.The pieces for Allen's shoes are all cut out, too. I also fixed Shion's shirt today. I'll finish everything tomorrow and then I'll be ready for MEW on Friday!

what I have left to do.
Allen: Put pin on back of badge, and hot glue a few places. Fix a hemming mistake on the coat. Sew 2 more silver buttons on. Sew shoe pieces together, then onto the base shoe. Finish Tim.

Timcanpy: another layer of gold. paint front cross thingy. test different clips and put one on. cut out wings and tail and glue them on.

Shion: glue on tip of gun. draw on Tazers. fix holster for gun.

The main cosplay for Yae is done, for the most part. All I need is the tabi socks, zori or geta shoes, and the wig.

Did you know that there are actually six other pieces to an obi besides the obi itself? date-jime, obi-ita, obi-jime, etc. The function of most of them is extinguished by a dickey in newer kimono patterns, but I make mine traditionally. xD

so quickly before i shop and stuff... For Meg from Burst Angel... I can't decided what color the lacing on her shorts is supposed to be... I was thinking white.. but i have so many other source images.
also the blue on the top is different ><

I'm thinking of doing the one with white on the top NOT blue, and Red laces... is that accurate?

It really looks like nothing at the moment but it was a bit of a problem for me. I'm kinda curvy and it's hard to make it look like I'm not without looking fat >: I WILL ONLY DO THIS FOR BRIDGET. I'm never crossplaying again, haha.

Went to JoAnns and bought some new fabric for my Marie (Soul Eater) cosplay since the old materials I have aren't looking as nice as when I first bought them (that's what happens when you put cosplays off for over a year.) Anywho it'll give me a chance to experiment with my new awesome fabric glue on my old scraps before I finally start on the final product. =]

So working on my shirt. It's looking pretty good so far but I've run into a couple problems (Sorry the picture are slightly large, I don't have photoshop on my computer again yet)

My big problem is those gross wrinkles that can be seen under my arm and above the belt in picture 2 (sorry it's kinda blurry). This is caused from it being too tight correct? If so I'll probably take it out a 1/4th of an inch or so on each side to loosen it. If not what would be the cause of it and how do I fix it? There's also some bubbling from the interfacing that is happening on the left side that I need to rip out and readjust. Besides that all that's left is putting in the zipper nicer, hemming it, and adding a hook and eye. Oh, and some much needed ironing.

Went ahead and ordered a bunch of my Sakuracon items :B I got some new shoes for Miria, two bottles of leather paint (Red and Purple), another pattern to help base B.Jenet off of, and Purple string bikini panties for her. I'm going to be ordering wigs in the middle of the month (From Cyperous! If you want in on group shipping let me know) so all that will be left to buy in February will be B. Jenets shoes, dancer tights, and possibly a new wig for Cassandra if Mei Long can't cut it up all nice for me.
