I got the wig and boots for Lilith now. The wig needs to be trimmed and then I can add the head wings to it. I also have a cosplay workday set aside. Jenna and I are going to work on our costumes on Sunday. I hope to get most of Lilith done then.

I have tightened it and I plan on putting straps on it to make it look better but I can't really make it fit my body much better without getting different material then it wouldn't match the red of the costume so....not changing the material.

Here is what it look like now. I tightened up the side as well so it should be pretty smooth. I will also have two wings in there so that will help as well.

You need more seams in it to fit right. The pattern you look liked you used before seemed like it was meant for stretch fabric, and what you are using looks like has little or no give. If you do want it to fit better (it looks a little frumpy now) you have one of two choices...

1. Use the pattern you have right now, but get a stretchier fabric (Stretch leather maybe?). I can't suggest anything since choosing fabric is not my forte, but red isn't that hard of a color to match.

2. Use the same kind of material you are using right now, but you are going to have to add extra seams on the front and back to make it fit better. http://www.cosplay.com/photo/1783955/ Maybe alter a bunny suit pattern?

I also suggest taking up the leg holes, Lilth's come up above butt cheeks on the on the side of the leotard. It would help give the impression of your legs being longer.

Finished my Vice-Captain's badge (it was already done, but I made a strap for it out of some leftover white Gabardine that I made my Captain's haori out of) but alas! My phone is dead and my camera is elsewhere. I would use my webcam but it is the worst quality webcam I have ever owned in the history of ever. Rest assured that it is an awesome Vice-Captain's badge and looks really cool.

I managed to finish ALL 4 PIECES OF MY BELT FINALLY. YEAAAAAAAH, it was way harder and took way longer then I thought it would. I just need to attach all the snaps tomorrow. I will post pics.

I have most of my belt for Cassandra finished after remaking it 3 times. The only problem is when I readjusted the size of the main piece I did the same to the circle that holds it all together, and now it doesn't fit. So I have to remake the circle piece >:

But I'm pretty impressed with how this one looks compared to my other ones. Also while it's around my waist it doesn't have all of those slight wrinkles around it.

I hope I never have to make another god damn belt like this in my life. MY FINGERS ARE FULL OF BLISTERS.

I got bored today and decided to play around with my DWC Meiko costume. I was going to make the dress, but I don't want to actually make it yet since I'm hoping to lose some inches before the con.
Instead, I cut up some tights.



I had a little too much fun with them... Exacto knives aren't toys, I know.

Also I tried out the flower-type design they have on their face. I was seeing if my awesome new liquid eyeliner could do it, and it can!


(idk what's going on with my wrist, but I promise you it's not that big :/)

Soo I've been lucky enough to work on Aipom for my next up coming convention. >_> That little bugger is almost done! And I decided I'm going to redo Jigglypuff...in a way. I'm using a different wig and I'm going to try and find a pink fluffy dress. Barbie section here I come~

@Katie Those Tights are probably going to continue to run and rip when you wear them. If you want to preserve all the holes you have in it now, you should go over the edges of the tears with some clear nail polish.
