I don't have the wigs in Portland since my cosplay mates have them down in Eugene, so I was lazy and just layed out the outfits on my bed.

KAITO
The jacket I found about 6 months ago at a store. My mom and I made the bias tape that's on the collar and sleeves and also used for a handkerchief out of some perfectly matching brocade she had. The pants, shirts, belts, and boots I had already or got from Goodwill. The top hat was ordered on eBay, then decorated. The neck bow is the remnants of a black silk shirt cut into a strip, with card board to reinforce it. I found the guitar case at Goodwill with a broken handle (though our handle broke too, so I have to fix it), my mom and I took a broken belt and a ton of stickers and fixed it up. I need to make the duct tape strap to lay under the braided strap to give it some more strength still. The jewelry I found at various stores, except for my Kumoricon Staff dog tag.
Len
Amazingly enough I had the dress - thank god I really didn't want to sew another dress! We took the lace that was on it, off, and I sewed on black and white lace. We used red glitter glue around the edges of the roses. For his sleeve thingys I took a shirt I had that had a similar pattern to the dress and cut the sleeves off, then sewed in string next to the wrist elastic, hemmed what used to be the shoulder and sewed lace on it. The corset is my mom's, and yes its silver, not black - I honestly thought the way Len's dress is traditionally done is boring as hell. His hair bow is made in pretty much the same way Kaito's was, except out of the shirt fabric I did his sleeves in. The shoes I had, and we added the rose doilies (my mom and I have dubbed them the cupcake shoes). The collar is some ribbon, a ribbon doily a button and some lace. Really easy. The eye patch - which I've only seen done by a few cosplayers - is something my mom got for me at a clothing exchange. Apparently it was a bracelet...but its the perfect eye patch once I added the straps.
Gakupo
Jeni - our Gaku - is doing her costume, and she has yet to remake the sleeves and put the trim on and what not. I have a few of her WIP pics, but I'm too lazy to upload them from my phone. But I made her hair bow - basically just ribbon, tooling and a big glittery black rose - and her corsage - more ribbon and another rose.
