Dug out all the parts of my Rikku cosplay this morning... need to make a new blue headband since my old one looks like death, and buy some new white gloves since my other pair is getting a bit dingy.

Also what product do you guys all use to detangle your wigs and keep them from being so frizzy? The pony-tail attatchment for Rikku abviously didn't appreciate being stored for 9 months and is acting out now because of it. =/

I made tons of progress on my Rikku blades, all I have left is shaping the wood, painting it, and glueing on the brass and glass bits. The blades are unfortunately a bit too long, but I think they still look good.

Dubaby, I like Mane 'n Tail detangling spray. I spray it on and comb out knots with my fingers from top to bottom, and it smells nice, ahaha.

Envy progress is going way better than Yoko, all I need to do for Envy is make the skirt, top, one more glove, get frills, finish the choker, and figure out how to get my huge clay squares to work as earrings. For Yoko I've got to finish the boots, sew the shorts pieces together, make the top, make the gloves, make the chopsticks, hardcore finish the rifle, and despairingly search for thigh highs and a belt.

Phwaaa, too tired for cosplay!

I ironed Sakutaro's fabric, modified the pattern, and just cut it out. I barely had enough but I might have to get more for the tail cause I forgot about it xP Onto sewing it together!!

Athena = done.
Anri = done.

Meiko is almost done, I just need to add decorations. I'm feeling a lot better about getting everything done. Besides Meiko, I have to finish my commission for reppy, and this morning I also made a full-length skirt for a friend.

I really wish I could get a katana of some sort for both Roxy and Anri, but I don't have time, money, or transportation to get one. Oh well, next time.

ASKDFJDSAJ MY RAMONA PURSE IS MAKING ME SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!! It's not done yet, about half of that front panel is attached but I ran out of pink thread. Tomorrow it will get done, and I will be ecstatic.
Ramona's bat got finished a few days ago. I think it looks ballin' as well.
Gun is Curly Brace's from Cave Story. My boyfriend and I are really running short on time since con is on Friday, so we decided to use nerf guns for our stuff. Strangely I think it kinda works out. I'm going to be doing some mad paint jobs on them.

Just finished all the buttons on Sakutaro, and made the tail. All that's left is the white part, the ears, the badge, and fixing the bangs. And if I have time, I'll finish up the Maria plushie. But that will all be tomorrow. Now onto my commissions!

I put the white strap on my Luka dress. I'm getting the lace for it tomorrow.
I still need to make the bow for the back though.
(I cut off my face cause I didn't like how I looked. Plus, I don't have her wig cause I'm borrowing FateChooseMe's. XP)
I don't know what shoes to wear with her yet so I just grabbed a pair from my closet to see how they looked. :/
I'm still trying to decide if I should do something like what's in the picture or some boots.
Also, should I wear stocking/leggings? I've seen a few Magnet Luka's with them but I don't know if I should or not. And if so, what kind?
I have fishnet stockings, fishnet thigh highs, black thigh highs, and regular stockings...

Even when I sanded down the tubing and painted it a few days ago
It is now sitting in my garage with a fan on it, I'll check it again in two days. If it's not dry by then... I don't even wanna think about that's going to happen.... D<

Some progress from me and some progress that my friend did that I just have to post.

Top picture is her Balrog. For having a day to make it, I think it looks pretty **** sweet. Just needs a mouth. arms, and covers for her legs.

Bottom is my boyfriend and I's headphones for Quote and Curly Brace. Just need to put a little more primer on them and they'll be ready to paint.

Also almost done with painting Scotts Sword of Love and I finished Quotes Scarf.

Finished my boyfriend's butt cape yesterday!

And I made him help cut out the pieces for his jacket so I just have to do the pieces that need altering, then I can start construction! Woo! Pretty much need to be done Wednesday because my mom's birthday is Thursday so I'm going to hang out with her most of that day (get my hair cut and nails done that day too).

Necklace is less sticky, but still not drying completely.... -____-
Going to make another one using tubing I know will dry with the model paint on it, though it's slightly thicker than I wanted for her necklace. Better too thick then paint all over my neck and cosplay I guess.
