I realised I don't have enough green fabric to do BW2 so I've altered the dress slightly so it's not all "I'm gunna get in the way at con" and not so poofy. I'll post a concept doodle of it at some point this week.

I haven't gone through every page of this thread, but I'm very sad to see no FFXII cosplays! D8 It wasn't well accepted as a Final Fantasy, but it's my personal fave. x3

My husband wants to make a full suit of armor for Basch Fon Ronsenburg--I won't spoil it for you if you haven't beaten the game.
I'm not a fan of any of the ladies in the game but Fran, since she kicks ass, but I look nothing like her and would not attempt a cosplay unless my life depended upon it! xD Mmmmmm...bunnies.

Nice to see a bunch moar FF fans afoot though! Excited to see everybody's cosplays! <3

I've already mentioned this in the forums, but I'm going to be on an internet radio show next month called "The Nerd Report". And I've recently been talking with one of the hosts, who told me they were interested doing a live show at Kumoricon last year, but I think something got in the way. Well I'm going to see if they're going to be coming this year, and if they are, I'm going to try and convince them to cosplay as Final Fantasy III characters.

Okay, I've been talking with one of the hosts of the show, Sabrina Miller, and she says they aren't sure if they're going to be able to cover Kumoricon yet. But they'll know within the next couple of months if they'll be able to do it or not. However, I metioned to her that I had some ideas for cosplays for her and her co-host Emily Gibson, and she seemed genuinly excited to hear about them. ^_^

well sewing the white wrap in place for yuna kind of sucked =P so i got fashion tape and I'm going to try that out...i just got the part correct on the wig (it was parted the wrong way when i got it), just need to fix the bangs and add the flip.....and shorten my yuna staff...and...ouo i think that's it for yuna

So my current at the moment plans include me attempting to get a wig for Stella and wearing her to this year's Kumori ^^

If not, my back-up will probably be Yuna's songstress again since it was fun last year- in which case, return of the balloooons~

But I'm really hoping for Stella.

Won't be doing Lightning till next year.

Anyway, I did some fabric shopping the other day. I'm improvising with the petticoat to make the dress poof, I don't want it to be heavy, I'd rather it be lightweight and BREATHABLE.

With a little luck, I'll finally be able to get started on my Bard cosplay after this week (or possibly next week).

The person I'm commissioning is gong to go fabric shopping with me, so we can get all the materials she needs in order to get started.
