For removal of costume makeup may I suggest non-alcohol based baby wipes.
They remove the makeup and prevent breakouts, and are gentle on the skin

Yeah, but those only remove so much. I know a lot about Theatre make up removal but my skin likes to soak stuff up. Before my shower I used some wipes and turned my arm from a black woman to a dead zombie grey... Then I had to use a loofah and my nails in a very hot shower to get the rest off. I always have a hard time getting make up off of my skin hense why I don't wear any except in plays or for cosplay.
