^YOU have a slow matbolism....I have Hypothyroid. The slowest it can get. The matabolism of an 80 year old woman of 5.6 when it's supposed to be 11.9 for my age group.
Talk about slow matabolism.....

@tofu: thanks! XD ima actually do the eat lots of small amounts throughout the day and 3 meals a day diet. apparently the more often you eat, with smaller the amounts the more your body thinks it's not starving and it stops storing what you intake as fat
