hey everyone, haven't been on in a few days because i moved a few days ago, and lost my phone during the move.

i may or may not have internet for a while, but i will do my best to keep up with this thread. Thanks to everyone for there participation and support, and i will see you all on the 14th!

This coming year I should have more of a budget and more friends to help me, plus more time to work out costumes, so I wanna be a gijinka this year~

I'm thinking of being Abra, but I'm still unsure. >o> ♥

I COULD HAVE A SIGN
and it would say "ABRA used TELEPORT" whenever people tried to catch me or something. XDD

I've decided to follow through with a gijinka this year...I think. but I'm not sure which one yet...I still need to look at variations from other people and such.

OK, I'm trying to plan out my psyduck costume before i approach a seamstress and buy fabric.

The beak on Psyduck is huge and since i'm doing a mascot costume I need it to be as big as possible. Should I make it into a mask and have it hang off my head? Or should I have it be part of the torso piece and just come up and attach to my hat like some sort of giant collar?

A giant hangy mask would be better ofr pictures since I could turn my head.
A torso piece would probably be more secure and easier to walk around in.
Ideas?

Also, I'm not sure how WIDE I should make this costume. If it was 100% to scale I'd end up filling a whole elevator. I think that if I get the costume made kind of baggy I can pose so the fabric flares out wide enough for pictures.

That would be my problem with doing a gijinka, which is why I'm sticking to a trainer.

I agree with Griff, it would be way easier to just stick with one for the group.
Meaning of course that you should totally volunteer to be Gary Oak's Eevee.-coughcough- (Kidding, do whichever ones you want, they all look like fun costumes, which is most likely the problem.)
