Alright the wig is now done. This is the best picture to see how it looks. I think it turned out very accurate :3

All I need to do is get the bangs to lay flat a little more and I am good

Found some base metal cord for the butt bow (Dx)
I talked to Zach (Yatta Cloud) about how he did his, and it really helped.
Once I find some pinky-brown fabric, and her wig in the right color (sonofamonkeysfaceshootmeinthefoot) I'll be set!

Shippuden Temari!
The dress is mostly done, and the obi just needs the top part hemmed and a zipper. x.X
|D It's gonna be a pretty cheap cosplay~ Only around $100, if I can find some cheap white fabric for lining.

EDIT:
I saw a tutorial on Cosplay.com. x.X In short, it was basically like a six foot, stretchy, purple tube filled with plush contents, and fishing line wrapped around it to give it the "rope" effect. It was eventually sewed onto the back of the costume, with small amounts of wire added in the front.
