So I was staring at one of my friend's signatures on here and my mind was on one of my old cosplays and I thought, "I need to get some cigs for him..." Then I thought of this! How awesome would it be to get a lot of smokers from animes together for a huge addiction photoshoot? Maybe it's just me but I think it would be pretty awesome...

Rule 01 ) Fake Cigs only! No real cigs would be allowed due to asthma, allergies, and other issues. You may have them with you if you do not have fake ones but you may not lite up; you never know what could happen.
Rule 02 ) No actual smoking in the area of the shoot! We will set up away from real smokers and expect to stay away from real smokers. {See Rule 01}

I don't want to add more rules than this so please keep things clean and within sane limits.

So if you're with me then tell me who you'll be at Kcon 2010 and we can get something set up!

LoLz, I smell a photo op, no literally, I CAN SMELL YOU GUYS 3 BLOCKS AWAY!

Make sure you don't cause trouble with other people trying to go by you. I would suggest it be at the square or the park just a few blocks away if you do this at Kcon next year.

Cam :: Yeah, I figured it would be in a pretty open area so we don't bug people. I know a lot of people have problem with smokers in general so we'd try not to piss anyone off.

@oslapedo Ya smoking kind of sucks to be around if you don't do it.
As for drinkers.. I like that idea more, however I don't like to drink as much as hang out with drunk peoples I know. Sadly I don't know any of the people on here well enough ether

But I'm sure it would be a nice time getting to know peeps over a few, eh?

Side note, anime drinkers are not the best crowd. You have the ones drinking to get into bed, and the ones with billigerent attitudes as default while drunk :/ I'm sure there are those that don't fit into the categories above, but if people were to act in character things could get real dicey fast at any get together.

I, but if a drunk cosplayer was truly acting the part people can get real pissed fast if the actor doesn't keep an eye on how everyone is receiving their ploy. As for smokers I don't think there is any problems at all, especially if the coordinator is not allowing others to lite up.

I would totaly go as stein for that!

I had a guy come up to me when i was smoking my fake one and he was all you know your going to get busted for that right? and i'm all it's fake you idiot... *glairs at trying not to attack* I was in a big stein mood that day lol

it was funny me and my cousin were in an elevator that had a sign that said no smoking so almost every time i would pull out one of my fake ones and start laughing.

@Sakis01 If its fast....... shhh. Though I'm sure that is not as fun. Find someone close for that kind of thing. And find a way to get a medical card, its easy to get and no more paranoia. ^.^

Cosplaying as Wolfwood reaffirmed that I will never smoke. I could barely stand to keep the cigarette in my mouth from the whole photo shoot let alone actually smoke one, tastes SO BAD!

Fake cigs are the best. You can get them around halloween and they have a chalk in them. You blow into the end of them and 'smoke' comes out the other end. And as Koia said, they can be seen as realistic if you play them right.

Mine didn't have chalk in them but i've got less then a year to find some i'm sure i will lol!
but i'm very happy with the ones i found last minute too
me and my cousin went to party city to look for a make up thing and she's all look fake cigs and i'm all where and she showed me and i'm all I NEED THESE! and yeah lol

Yeah, they're amazing! It was fun when Havoc and I first found out that they actually "smoked" we were like "OwO OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!"
