So what's everyone's plan for cosplay Chess 2010? =^_^=

So next year will be my 4th year in cosplay chess.
2007- Place: King/Cosplay: Edward Elric{Fullmetal Alchemsit} (My team won!)
2008- Place: Knight/Cosplay: Edward Elric{Fullmetal Alchemist} (I fought with Hunny against Mikuru)(one battle)
2009- Place: Pawn/Cosplay: Hanabusa Aido{Vampire Knight} (I had the Keyblade and my Kaname-poster)

I plan on being Lavi from D.Gray-Man! XD I also plan on having a "Chemistry book" with me and I'm gonna "study" cause that's just what Panda-jiji would make him do! XD I'm gonna try and have my friend(whose planning on dressing up as Kanda)be my special attack too.

I'm hoping there is a posibility for me to be the chessmaster for the red team(team 3). I've been wanting to do so for a while but don't know how to do it. If anyone knows please tell me.

Trance Kuja is my plan. I was also in it 2008 as Temari and 2009 as Kuja

I'm definately planning on joining again next year!~ It's always mega-fun, so yeah. I have NO IDEA what my plans are for it though. I'm having a brain fart on cosplays, plus I have trouble thinking that far ahead. xD;

OMG!!!! What if next year was main vs. side characters?! Like Edward against Akamaru or some thing like that. XD That would be sooo cool!!!

I don't know if naruto has as many cosplayers as it used to, but I like manga v.s games, that would be awesome!
I also like main v.s supporting characters, that would be fun!

This last year, I was super un-organized, but that wont happen again! I will be in the room 30 minutes pre-pre meeting to talk with my team members!

I heard that there weren't enough applicants to make the usual 3 teams, is this true?

I believe that's what was said here on the forum but when we were there for the pre-meet we were able to make another.

What I can understand:
Application wise-yes...too few
On the day-no...we were able to make another

2008: White Queen; Queen Garnet til Alexandros(FFIX)
2009: White King; Wedding Yuna(FFX)

For 2010 I'll be applying as all versions of Garnet >: D Amano, Normal, Dress, Trance, AND Cloak. Along with a special two-for-one deal between Trance and Normal/Amano Garnet. *figured out how to change in the middle of the field*

Well its been officially decided that the Sonic and Tails team will be entered into Sakuracon's cosplay chess, but still not sure for here. Depends on if Heather likes cosplay chess enough to do it at two cons.

XD It's Ok! I was on the male team and I was the one in the white suit. I had blond hair and was carrying a poster of a guys face that said "Will do magic when ask to" and "I lost the game!!! TT_TT XD" on the back. Oh! And I had the Keyblade with me. =^_^= I was chatting and chillin with Itachi the whole game! XD

Anywho, I'll be aiming for either Envy from FMA or Archer from F/SN. Though, I may do my secret cosplay...He would be fun to be attacking peoples -w-
I might try for chess master, but only if the other would be my character's enemy. Like Ed! How fun would it be to have Ed and Envy battling it out over chess?!?!?
