Hello there. I'm looking to pick a new costume out for Kumoricon 2010. I have already chosen one ne costume I'll be doing and I'm going to be revamping my usual Mario outfit. I want something else though, something that fits in more so I can go to another photohoot.

So I figured that these were two groups of characters that'd have something I could do. I'm just not sure which direction to go. I love all the Final Fantasy games and did a weird sort of Edgar from FF6 before. I've never played any of the Pokemon games unless you count the card game back at summer camp in 1999, but it's fun and got a lot of different things.

I don't need to know which character to do yet, just which group I should start look into.

I actually planned to commission that at one point but the seamstress didn't have time for both costumes. I like the idea of a giant featureless yellow rainslicker

I have had Pocky themed costumes in the past and am saving the materials for an eventual Pocky costume. I am still planning on making a set of samurai armor from Pocky boxes.

Looks like Pokemon have won the poll now. Time to make another one. I will keep in mind the Cid costume. Maybe if I can find a good deal on that material.
