My mind did... Because pretty much everyone in here is in chess and this is also my recruit for chess as well as 2011. [/sigh]
And if we don't have people who want to do Digimon Gijinka then we don't have people for chess. The two threads are linked. No digimon here, no digimon in chess... [/le sad face]

I do have to agree that Digimon should also have been added to the Gijinka roster as well... But sadly, it's being left behind by a lot of people, while pokemon, although the anime now sucks, is progressing... But with Digimon Gijinka, that will hopefully get people back into Digimon. But ya, you do need more people to sign up for Digimon Gijinka so that way you can at least have enough for the chess match.

[/nod] Digimon was an amazing thing and I'm glad they didn't take the same path as Poke`mon. However, because they stayed where they were and didn't follow poke`mon, many people have forgotten about it and some of the newer generation children don't even know about it. D8
I know I still love Digimon to the point when I was in Tokyo I pointed out buildings that were in the Digimon movie. >.> I'm pathetic I know, but it was awesome to see my roomie's face when I was like, "That's the building where ---- and --- battled in the first movie! 8D And that's where ---- was defeated by ---! And that was where the epic battle between --- and --- took place!!" She hated me so much. :'D But it's what she gets for taking room with an otaku.

Woot, I loved that version of Digimon, and I remember watching the first movie in theaters... My favorite episodes of all time are when the Digi destined have to go around the world, because 1) It was just fun to watch, and it was a brilliant idea, and 2) I got to see Emperialdramon in his awesome form... My second favorite has to be the episodes in the first generation when they return from the digital world and Myotismon has taken over Tokyo, those were great to watch... But ya, I am glad they didn't go down the same path as poke'mon (anime wise) because that would have just been bad... But like you pointed out, do to the fact that it didn't go down the same path, a lot of people are forgetting about it, thus it may be lost in time in the future, which is sad.

as a kid, i was too absorbed into pokemon to really get into digimon, but i have watched it a few times recently, and it seems pretty cool.
i would be more than willing to do a digimon gijinka, if i wasn't already doing pokemon this year.

I'm somewhat like that... When it comes to look's, I tend to have an idea of how I want it done, to where I will look around and find the stuff that will work best for it, like what I did with Gintoki, I got his outfit, but didn't like the boot's he wore, so I used my own boots instead, and it worked fairly well... I guess that's what happens when a writer get's involved with outfitting, we tend to have a look in our heads that we can't draw, but will look to find stuff close enough to what we had in our minds.

True. The curl wouldn't be that hard to do, just lots of styling glue and spray. But you probably don't wanna die it, since you wouldn't be able to use it for much of anything else then...
