that's only the per hour list. I also have a day list. a what I eat, time I go to bed, time I shower, when I take my vitamins list too. the three are how I manage my Asperger’s and my manic depression. I don't always stick 100% to the plan, but I try to.
my desktops normally stay the same for about a month, sometimes longer though. like the one with the library for a game I like was up for like 4 months.
