Speaking of making keyblades.
Not to compete but I can show anyone who wants to go toe to toe with foam Kingdom Key based keyblades, that can hit but not make their victims cry, how to make them. The earliest I could make any would be in the spring when the pool noodle starts appearing again. I haven't set a price for mine yet, but best estimate is somewhere around $10, counting the graphite core, two sticks of noodle, the PVC pipe frame and pipe connectors, about two rolls of clear packaging tape, a pair of hosiery socks and the keychain. Though like the keyblade forms in the games, these will each be unique in their length and color.
