death note fans and cosplayers!!!

hello, i happen to have a friend who is obsessed with death note, espicially the character Raito. to give her the biggest shock of her life, i was wondering if perhaps anyone out there was planning on going to the con as him (or any other character from death note). I put this here as i have not seen anything on the series in the forum thus far, and am rather curious.

Any replies are much appreciated. :-)

ah ... deathnote is a great manga.
I was thinking of cosplaying L , but my hair won't cooperate. although, I think it would be lovely too, if someone cosplayed as raito.

i'm glad someone replied to this topic, i was afraid no one at the convention would be into Death Note. (such a sad thought)

Death Note is a pretty good manga.  Can't say that I like Raito all that much though.  Insane ... person... that he is.  I would love to cosplay Misa though just because she's so fun!  Heh, that is if I have enough time to cosplay her, my cosplay list is growing and then again I may not even go to the con now ;.; *sniffle*

Well, at least year's KumoriCon a friend and I did go as Raito and L... though I doubt we'll do it again.  I'm not even sure if she's going, and I didn't really make a very good Raito.  Didn't have enough time then to locate a suitable jacket nor a wig, so I didn't really look much like him....  

 "Feed me apples, feed me apples...!"  All day long!
