I'm 5'9" and 185 could stand to loose about 15 lbs or turn that much fat into muscle. I might go veg again for lent, lost 5 pounds doing that last time.

@ Lotus, my cousin Heidi is/was 6'. Hard to tell as she is ina wheel chair now. And imagine my lil' brother, who is one of the coaches of the Vanderbilt Women's BB team. 6' is about short.

I think I got rounder over the last month.

If you get any lighter you'll be too unhealthy. You're probably too light to donate blood, yo.

For females the shorter you are the more you have to weigh. I don't understand it either but I've got the Blood Donation Requirements sheet in front of me as we speak/type.

4'10 - 146
4'11 - 141
5' - 138
etc etc

I think it's because if people are short and weigh very little they'll be low on blood or pass out or something. Damn, I don't know.

For males too actually but their's is much less stringent.

4'10 - 120lbs
4'11 - 115lbs
5' or taller - 110lbs
