Scarecrow mask?

I wanna make  a scarecrow mask from Batman Begins~

But I have no idea how to do such a thing.
Can anyone offer advice? >w<

It's pretty much just a burlap sack that's been cut up and resewn together. Something like this would work. Then just do some cutting, sew it back together with what looks like a thin twine, maybe leather for the mouth, add the rope on the neck and you're good to go.

dude! i just saw a video of a basic idea! um.. um... dang i didnt save it... go on youtube and search for a how to video theres one where you make it out of jeans!

So use a soft liner cloth inside! Preferably a fabric that breathes!
