@Hashi: Dude, I'm SO going with you guys to see the movie. No question. I decided. I'd had an invite with some other friends but you guys are more important. And I think Clack will be fine really, since the theater is so nice and there's more chance of not selling out too soon. Which is important.
ALSO NEIL GAIMAN IN ARTHUR IS PROBABLY THE COOLEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN. I THINK I'M GOING TO HAVE TO TIVO THAT EPISODE. AND WATCH IT ALL THE TIME.

Auricle: Sweet! You're dad has a continental brigade? That's pretty amazing! The only thing I have remotely similar is my friend's dad having a Jacobite group that I have often been invited to. But that's awesome, for serious. (though now that I think about it, they're not similar at all, nvm!)

Ahhh, I really wanted to find a fake heart for my Soviet Russia but I can't find any at all :/. I can't find my pipe and all I have is a Cheburashka doll, which is more for silly/adorable snap shots than serious photos. XD

@Botticelli: Well, it's not his, he's just in it. It's actually the Sons of the American Revolution local continental brigade. We sent a picture of my costume to the leader of the brigade, but I don't know if I can get in yet. The problem is that I'm female and really short next to the rest of them, but we'll just have to see. Luckily I don't actually have to be in S.A.R. to be in the brigade. Jacobite? What's that? @Auricle: Oh, well that's still cool though. Oh yeah, I have that problem with my friend's dad's group. Me being short and female. Nooo I didn't expect you to know it so no worries. Jacobitism was a political movement to restore the Stuart line onto the throne of England, Scotland, and northern Ireland. The most famous Jacobites were Scots who faught to get their own Stuart throne in Scotland and eventually lost against the English and thus lost any chance the Scots had of being an independent country. Sorry for the minor history lesson. Anyway, the group reenacts some situations and occasionally battles and revolts that the Jacobites did.

@Naru: I KNOWWWWWW but it's not actually my fault. My mom's boyfriend booked our flights out of Portland and didn't tell us beforehand since it was supposed to be a surprise vacation, so when I found out I was going to be out of town a) during the zombie walk and b) when my bff Manda was going to be in Portland for her birthday weekend I was less than thrilled. But vacation is worth it. And Manda understands. Even though I'm going to be in SoCal when she's in Portland when she's normally in SoCal and I'm normally in Portland. Ohhhhh cruel universe

I know the whole House issue was discussed but I feel like I need to leave my train of thought about it because I totally called everything that was said. So Hashi, are you being a Gryff instead? xD

And.... yeah when you think about it that way that's a little weird. But really if you made Hufflepuff water tribe people, Gryffindors earth, Slytherin fire, and kept Ravenclaw as air it would work better. It would be wrong, but I think it might be a little more fitting, personality-wise. Even though Gryffindors are definitely not mostly useless.
I DID A KUROGANE TRIAL THE OTHER DAY TOO. It was awesome. I didn't feel very manly though. I'm hoping the wig will help. And binding.
Jet is totally a disillusioned Gryff. And actually it works with my reworking. So it's even doubly-true.

@Naru: Pigfarts is Hogwarts plus Derp. Which is why Draco would fit in so well there.

the reworking does work, but at the same time puffs are such earth nation! i mean, the waters tribes did used to be powerful, and they were secluded. if the fire nation hadnt gone all nationlist and egotistical, theres no saying what could have happened. as much as it hurts me to say, the gryffs cant win the house cup EVERY year.

They're styled high-waisted for women, so I'm gonna say no. I needed decent straight leg pants for Rin, and it's painful trying to make pants fit for men fit me. So I'm gonna give up some maleness in my silhouette for comfort.
