I was originally thinking of doing a Renaissance Italy but the doublet looked a little too hard to make/get a hold of. So I found some great Henry VIII inspired outfits and thought, "Yes, Renaissance/Tudor England!" Yeeeaaaah, though unfortunately since my Tudor outfit is going to cost quite a bit of money that means I'll have to cut down my effort on some other cosplays and my viking Norway won't be as accurate. People always get the most unflattering pictures of me in which I look like an elephant seal that just had a stroke. I usually have to take them myself or have one of my photographer friends take one for it to turn out decent.

WHICH REMINDS ME: Me and Valeria were devising a way to fit HINABN into Sakuracon, and decided that we could totally fit it in on part of Avatar day. So then it doesn't conflict with me and Valeria being Ao no Exorcist or Jaqua being fabulous Fai. What do ya'll think? I think we're still planning on doing HINABN at Kcon as well, but can we get it all done for Sak? : D It's totally okay if we can't btw, it'd just be cool is all.

I actually did come up with a design for my fem!Veser (Venessa? Vesana? I feel like it should be a weird non-name because Veser is a weird non-name...), but I have a sh*t ton of homework for the next few days, so I dunno when I'll be able to draw a legible-to-other-people version and post it. BUT, I found this, which from the waist up is pretty similar to what I had in mind: half-length sweatshirt, longer black undershirt, and pretty much that exact same hair, except my ponytail was shark-fin-ier. But from the waist down, my version has skinny jeans and cons. I have a hard time seeing Veser even as a girl wearing short shorts, since he dresses so covered up as a guy... (Then again, it is autumn or something in the comic.)

The same artist also has cool fem!Worth and man!Toni designs ~~more Sokka lookalikes lawl~~. I didn't really like the rest of their designs though. >>

I would also just like to say for fem!Hanna's hair, I totally see it as a medium/long messy ponytail. Agreed. My design is more covered like normal Ves, with the skinny jeans and the black shirt actually reaching the top of the pants. Also, Sak = covered cosplays in general for the sake of NOT freezing to death.

I am not too excited to make that wig though. >.o Then again, I guess after Toph, an up-ponytail wouldn't be that difficult for Hashi to do/help me with. Regardless, with that wig and shark hoodie in mind, MAKING THIS BEFORE SAK IS GONNA SUCK BALLS. 8DD Here's hoping my sewing machine doesn't catch on fire from all the frantic sewing that will commence immediately following Akicon.

Well, it's a Toshiba, 15.6 inch screen, and the case is all black with a super tiny texture that looks similar to houndstooth. Oh, and it's male. All of the computers in this house are male for unknown reasons. XD

It would if you really wanted to, but I found canvas to be a bit to firm and kinda of textured weird. If you want a suggestion on fabrics, I would use Twill.
It is thick, actually used for some suits, and catches light well.
8D Joann's has specials on it ALL THE TIME, so I would definitely look into it.
I've made a few good school uniforms with twill. <3 I love.
