So, I saw this and just had to laugh. I'm sorry to all you fans out there, but I hated the Twilight saga...

And I had the idea of crashing the Borders release party this friday as the Mad Hatter, of course searching for Alice

(only character I actually liked).

Anyone want to join me?

I'm going to the Beaverton Borders near the Ceder Hills Crossing mall.
It starts at 10 and goes til midnight or something like that...

You may dress up as whatever. I won't murder you if you like Twilight and end up dressing up as one of those characters, just be warned that I may throw glitter at you -w-

So, I guess just state if you're going and who you're going as.
(Harry Potter characters most welcome!)

You may even talk about what you like and dislike about anything Twilight. So have fun, and hope to see some of you there!

So at first I thought this was a meetup to go get New Moon, which I thought was a little strange but hey, people can have their fun.
However, this is a really immature thing to do for a "meetup."

You're going to go "crash" a movie release? Really? JUST to bug people? That's really ridiculous and I think it's pretty snotty. How would you react if someone went to a DVD release of a movie you love and were obnoxious and rude to you?

I don't even like Twilight and I wouldn't do this because it's an asshole-ish thing to do. Seriously.

the first post says that the plan is to "crash" the release party by dressing as other characters. Which is rude, especially since I can imagine these people going to the store and being loud and obnoxious to piss of Twilight fans.

Okay, I get it. You guys don't have to repeat it OVER AND OVER.

I guess I didn't really explain it very well in my first post, but I'm just having some fun. I wouldn't be running around and bashing all the Twilight fans out there. I'd just be in character as the Mad Hatter.
And I was inviting others to hang out, whether they were fans or not. I don't hate Borders and I don't hate people who like Twilight.
Yes, I'm making fun of it a little by doing this, but it's just a joke. I'm not going to be yelling that Twilight sucks or anything like that, and I would end up yelling at any of my friends who does that.

So, if you people really feel like I'm being an ass, go a head and lock this thread.

No one is crashing a movie party, her mom told her no, and I was going to talk her out of doing it. I really hate offending people, though I do it all the time on the internet, it's a different story. Nick, don't be r-tarded. Fleur is right, it's not right to 'smack the cows ass' as I fondly call it. Meaning you do bad unto other, bad thing happen unto you. KARMA. I'm not yelling at any one person. I don't like Twilight, but it's not a good enough reason to crash a party. Yes I said I was going, I said it as a joke, but really, let's just get along, forget Kristi posted this, and lock it for good.
