Ai was a human clone of the scientist who worked on Mewtwo's daughter who died in an accident. If you follow the "Birth of Mewtwo" storyline, it was right after Aitwo disintegrated in her tube that Mewtwo lost it and destroyed the lab.

In the US "Birth of Mewtwo" was available dubbed as a special feature on the "Return of Mewtwo" DVD. There was also a Radio Drama in addition to the anime.

Ffff. I didn't have a chance to get on for awhile after I posted.

And yes, I'm pretty sure the Hayley cosplayer is in the forums. So, sweet.

Yeah....I kinda want to do one of them (probably Zorua, don't want to mess with that long of a wig) this year, since there probably wouldn't be anybody else really from 5th Gen b/c of it not truely being out yet, unlike next year where probably a lot of people will....But I would be replacing Sentret......

No...that happened when Mewtwo was still a "child". He was still forming when that happened.

I have the paper mache setting for the skull. After that is dry I will put either clay or plaster over the top to smooth it out then finish with resin so I can paint and it will be sturdy and wont melt in the rain (I imagine I will only but the clay/plaster on in some places).

Here are some progress picture. I am quite happy with the way it looks. I also need to put in some black fabric for the eyes.

The plan is to use the clay or plaster to keep the bridge of the nose from drooping like that

Yeah, but in the anime timeline it cuts right to Mewtwo flipping the crap out after Ai disintegrates. They sedate him immediately after. Ehhhh, that's what I get for trying to explain things when I'm super sleep deprived. LOL. Thanks Amber. XD
