Im getting REEALLY annoyed with the Post Office right now.

See, my parents dont approve of me cosplaying cause its a waste of money, so when I ordered my costume, I had it sent to my friends house. Perfect plan right? Normally, yes.

The wig showed up early last week and looks great.
Now the costume showed up on monday of this week. Problem is, my friend wasnt able to answer the door when the mail man came so they just left a note saying they missed me.

So my package is at the post office now. Its not all that bad as teh post office is only 10 minutes (on bike) from there. Easy.
I go down there yesterday to get it, and find out the office hours are 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. It was 4:20 PM when I made it there......

And If I cant get it today, the post office will return it to sender. O_O Not ok.

So now, they have forced my hand and I'm about to make a stupid decision; Drive.
I dont have my actual license yet. None of this would of been an issue if they had just left it on the porch when they delivered it.

Address doesnt matter. The only part that does matter is that Im me when I go to get it.

well kinda ish cuz if you're address isn't the same you need to show them some kind of id that shows u live there. but i'm not sure. cuz it could be different >.< just bring a state id (so they don't complain about it being a school id lol) GL THOUGH!

My state ID should be good enough. The package says: (insert name) and my ID says the same: (insert name).

But this has been more hastle then it should of been. They should of just left it on the front porch like most packages.
I mean, why would I have to sign for the costume but not the wig? They came from teh same place...

And I suggest sewing elastic in it. Would help better. But if that doesn't work, or if aren't able to, then probably those suspender things...You could easily make it look like part of the cosplay too.

Also their called garters and you can buy them online or at certain stores. Not sure if you can get them in any specific color's besides common's like Blackm, red, and white.

Maybe find a smaller pair of leggings, or garters. Garters would definitely help!

I'm glad you got your package safely, despite the hassle it was. I know we've had issues with them not dropping it off at the doorway because of a price written on the box? Like, some "insured" shipping options have a "what's in here" and "value amount" and depending on the amount they won't let it at the door. :<

But since you guys dont find my crossplay as ugly or bad, then I feel better.

But I tell ya, the wig is the make it or break it part.

Part of me finds it easy to just get different leggins for it, but the odds of finding that same light blue color are real low.
