Feel free to ask about volunteering once all my staff is in place To be staff on charity auction would mean a bunch more work.
Just out of curiosity.....what would staffing for the auction involve? and could i still do it?
Staff need to be 16. Would you be by con? Other than that, you'd need to be doing enough work on the auction to justify getting a staff badge. This would either be pre-con orgizational/promotional work, or at con manning the booth in the dealer's hall and committing to helping at the auction. Also, I would want to talk with any and all auction staff to make sure they know stuff* about how it needs to run: keeping track of how much lots went for, etc.
*Stuff you'd need to know ... is something I am working on. I am trying to pull together Standard Operating Proceedure books for all my departments. I haven't started Charity's one yet, still working on Dealers
This year the auction will have pre-made forms and other things like that.
