I want to see anyone from Devil May Cry so badly. <___< And Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's! Last year there were only three 5D's cosplayers! o_o WHAT. IS. THIS.

My... semi-boyfriend heard there was going to be free pizza at Kumoricon (XD?), so, he was wanting to go, because of that... xD And I was thinking of shoving my Nero wig on him (...he was actually the one who suggested we go as Kyrie and Nero, and then our other friend Tyler wanted to be Sparda, or something XDD), but he wouldn't have anything to wear, and... we're pretty much broken up now, so, ah ha? <_<

ANYWAYS I want to see a Nero sosososososososo badly. <_<

As for 5D's... Crash Town Kiryuu. <33 /droooooooools forever ALTHOUGH, there is a, what, less than 1% chance of one being there? <_< Ergh...

Going old school, I would love to see a Prince Lotor/Sincline or really any Voltron: Defender of the Universe cosplay.

I'd also be thrilled to see a Regal Bryant from Tales of Symphonia.

I know you're assuming that everybody's gonna know what those series are, but when you abbreviate them, it makes it impossible for anyone who doesn't know them to google the series. So I'm sorry, I don't know what you're talking about.

My... semi-boyfriend heard there was going to be free pizza at Kumoricon (XD?), so, he was wanting to go, because of that... xD And I was thinking of shoving my Nero wig on him (...he was actually the one who suggested we go as Kyrie and Nero, and then our other friend Tyler wanted to be Sparda, or something XDD), but he wouldn't have anything to wear, and... we're pretty much broken up now, so, ah ha? <_<

I have never heard of free pizza just being given out, and IF there were such a deal (which I doubt there is), it'd likely involve either paying for a full registration or volunteering a minimum number of hours on staff. So you should tell your boyfriend(?) only to come if he'd enjoy himself enough to pay for registration. :/

Incidentally, though, why did you ask about that in a cosplay thread?...

I got into some new animes this year, so I am looking forward to see if I can find some of the characters from them at the convention this year ;D. I'm hoping to see ANY characters from Air Gear, Majin tantei Nougami Neuro, Silent Hill, and Soul eater Also looking forward to see an Undertaker, and or a Kaien Shiba~ But I'm pretty excited for the con and just getting to see all cosplays in general.
Planned Cosplays for Kumo 2015:
BB Hood - Darkstalkers
Umi Sonoda (Yume no Tobira ver.) - Love Live!
Bunny Maid TV Head - Original
Princess Bubblegum (Tart Dress) - Adventure Time

Oh! I'm sorry! XD "DMC" is Devil May Cry... I guess I didn't think about that. ^_^ And, 5D's is Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's... I hardly hear the whole name anymore, so, I guess that's why I used the abbreviation. I edited my post, though... thanks. ^_^

Yeah, me either. XD I have nooo idea where he heard about that. ._.; Maybe he heard about someone private doing it, or something, like a friend of a friend having a pizza party, or something? I have no idea.

Also, I didn't mean it as a question... just a contemplation. XD That's why there was an "ah ha" at the end.

I'd kill to see some hot guys in cosplays of Roy, Marth, and Ike (and any other Fire Emblem characters). Just because the games' animation is so pretty and they would be awesome to see done well in person! <3
Line up:
-Kageyama (Haikyuu)
-Cordelia (Fire Emblem Awakening)
-Marauder Ashe (League of Legends)
-??? Who knows what else. Probably a cosplay I can wear my glasses with.

Seeing as all three of those characters are in the Super Smash Bros. series, you are probably in luck!  Just keep an eye out, and perhaps consider attending the Super Smash Bros./General Nintendo photo shoot, Sunday at 1pm.  I'm willing to bet you'll see Marth and Ike, bare minimum.

They seem to be some of the least done characters from that game. Kinda makes me sad. I'm definitely going to check it out if it doesn't conflict with anything I wanna do! :D

Funny, I see them pretty regularly.  Well, Roy isn't as common. But Marth is popular and Ike still has that newcomer novelty among Smash Bros. fans.

Hope to see you there. :) Please pay attention to the schedule topic, though, as we're about to change the location. Pioneer Square is going to be holding another event which will get in our way.

Breath of Fire series!!

I've only ever played BoF3, and my sister has played that and I think BoF2. But for Kumoricon 2011, we're going as Momo (her) and child Nina (me.)

Hmmm, I'd also kill (and get away with it) to see a Balthier and Fran. (I did see a Fran during K-con 08. But I hadn't played FF12.)

OH! And Dark Cloud cosplayers!! And Jak & Daxter cosplays!!

Wow. I totally would have geeked out if my high school had done that.  Sure woulda been cooler than Bye Bye Birdie. (But I have no regrets whatsoever about Crazy For You.)

I take it you don't have a Clue cosplay yet, or did the students in your school's play buy their own costumes?  (Seems unlikely, but not impossible)

I was in charge of costumes and the understudy for Mrs. Peacock. I told the cast members to keep a lookout for certain styles for each character.

Two of the cast members (Peacock and Scarlet) had to buy their outfits. The rest was borrowed/already owned/in the costume closet. I have things that would work for Peacock or Scarlet in my closet already, and it wouldn't be hard to get something official together.

Oh, really. That's awesome. Costuming directors/managers (whatever they're called) always have a story to tell.

Awesome. I guess I shouldn't overestimate the difficulty of putting together a Clue outfit. For the girls, anyway... In addition to the fact that most girls own a wider variety of colors of clothing than most guys, it's a bit more difficult to get full men's suits/uniforms in purple, bright yellow, or bright green.

Actually! The male outfits for Clue are much easier.
My director in high school took the movie and turned it word for word into a play.
The women are harder to match up the costumes for for plays because of Miss Scarlet's revealing attire (and very religious families. -.-), Mrs. White's coat, and Yvette's maid outfit.

Actually! The male outfits for Clue are much easier.

Wait, hold on.  Mind you, I was trying to say that it is easier to assemble a female Clue costume. Meaning, an acceptable outfit that could pass for a Miss Scarlet, etc. Now, if you want to make THE Clue costumes from the movie, it would definitely be harder to do the women's costumes. I mean, just look at Mrs. White.

I guess we'll have to discuss this in more detail, because I wasn't thinking of imitating Christopher Lloyd's Professor Plum exactly.  I just wanted to order a purple suit and carry around a pipe. Simply having a color-coded Clue group would be extremely recognizable, even if the details of the outfits aren't identical to the movie or one of the games.

My director in high school took the movie and turned it word for word into a play.
The women are harder to match up the costumes for for plays because of Miss Scarlet's revealing attire (and very religious families. -.-), Mrs. White's coat, and Yvette's maid outfit.

That's awesome. I've heard of that being done before near my area. :) But didn't you say it was a musical?... Did your director write songs for it?

Oh, also, if you enjoyed Clue as a musical, keep a lookout for the play "Something's Afoot."

And sorry, I'm getting off-topic... Perhaps we should start a Clue Cosplay topic sometime.

YES! I will totally join in... I'm sort of full for next year but I might be able to fit something in... Or if we could do it 2012, that would be even better.

I have an AMAZING blue dress that I found around the time of the musical that I never got to use (the real Mrs. Peacock never got sick, so I wasn't needed -- *SAD FACE* ) I just have to find it. I lost it at my mom's house...

My director and musicals? Hah! Yeah right. We were lucky to do Grease last year. [/Stage Manager for that. ;P]
No, Krizzy was the one with the musical Clue. Our's was just normal Clue.

I wasn't in the play because I had speech and debate state the first weekend it was preformed.
Our director doesn't believe in understudies. And he made it an all senior show and cast horrible actors because it was their last year. Our Yvette sucked big time...

But anyways!
(topic, shall we? XD)
I would like to see some well done Saiyuki. :/
I have yet to see a good Saiyuki cosplay.

Okay. But I'd like to do it before the end of the world. :(

Keep an eye out for a Clue topic in the future.  Maybe not until after the con, of course.

And you didn't take her out with a candlestick? I'm disappointed in you!! >:(

Sorry, I leaped to conclusions and thought you were in the same production.

I guess Clue as a play is more common than I thought. I've even seen productions on YouTube. Someone should write an official Clue play or musical if it's that popular even without an official script.

I wasn't in the play because I had speech and debate state the first weekend it was preformed.

How did she screw up Yvette, I wonder? Did she do a good French accent when she was supposed to do a bad one?...

And your director doesn't believe in understudies?  Every time someone says that, somewhere an understudy falls over dead. :(

But anyways!

Sorry, yeah... maybe it's about time for that Clue topic, even though it's early... >.>;

Yes, back on topic....

I'd love to see some NANA cosplay! Last year I was in the mall and I saw this girl walking around with a guitar case on her back. I though maybe she was Nana Osaki, but I wasn't sure. So I got up and acted like I was looking at the same menu as her and then I saw her Kumoricon badge and I asked her if she was Nana and if I could get a picture and she was sooooo happy that I knew.

Aaaaaand... Sherlock Holmes and Pan's Labyrinth would be amazing.

And as always, I wanna see some Kyou's from Fruits Basket, because he is my true love. I litterally squeel everytime I hear him say anything in the anime. Oh my god, I can't describe my love for him. xD
