Can I help it if frills, bows, and lace are so damn cute?

lolol no~ it's SOOO true~ and i just think it's kinda gross to see really um... bigger guys/girls in crossplays or cosplay for that matter >.< as long as they look good (or they do it for fun lol) it's fine with me. just sometimes... it's just not good for my eyes >.<

I definitely feel if you're a guy and you plan on crossplaying in public.. you need to shave all appropriate areas.  Heck, I even went and had my eyebrows waxed. (OK, I have that done regularly now regardless since it looks nice.. but you get my point.)

*nods* i know what you talking about
I hate to be mean, but i remember feeling... certain degrees of discomfort when i saw a group of sailor moon cosplayers of assorted genders all above the three hundred pound line...
*feels awful*

Lol, no you cant.
Ive never actually crossplayed in any form, but i recently found a goth/lolita boutique in san fran whilst visiting that, while it also carried male apparel, couldn't help but make my mind fly far away 8D

[sorta bringing back the topic]
My parents are actually happy I now have a hobby [cosplaying]
But my siblings are pretty disgusted with me, its almost funny. The priceless look on my sisters face when I came out of the bathroom with Kabuki inspired makeup.
Never grew up with anime though, so I just watch it with friends, my parents don't even try to join in. My dad last around one minute watching Paprika with me.
I was a Prinny and Ryouga Hibiki for K-con 2011, got any pictures? I'd love to see them

My parents semi-support (A.K.A feed my anime adiction) But beyond that they don't care for it and wish I would move on.  My dad is half-way interested in it, But my parents don't really care as long as its not horrid.
