...I'm not actually entirely certain XD It's a turn-based jrpg, like FF, which I don't like too much. The story is sort of fantasy-ish. Here's the wiki page:

the wig is a party wig, so its huge and shiney when in the light.

the fabric was just bought at Joanns.

My rough quote is about $12 -$15 for the dratini, and about $20-$25 for a nidoran. Its more for them because they would have to be kinda big for it to work and look good.
