Cosplay need emergency repair? Visit the MSO!
Suddenly wishing you'd packed band-aids? MSO!
Con-goer needing more specialized attention than appropriate for Info Booth (considering the line of 20 people behind him/her)? Send them to the MSO.
But it doesn't run itself. If you want to support your fellow staffers in a less-trafficked venue than Con Suite, consider signing up for Member Services. We handle:
• Incident Reports
• Nurse Station
• Cosplay Repair kits
• Staff Swag handout (T-shirts, dog-tags, badges for non-prog, water bottles)
• Info Booth Resource (back up materials in case some walk away)
• Second Level Customer Assistance (being defined)
I'm looking for a manager, two assistant managers, and at least 3 staff. Expect to commit at least 24 hours (not including load-in and load-out) over the course of Con-Thursday through Con-Tuesday in chunks of 4-6 hours. More people means shorter shifts.
