^ Oh so true~ There are times when you can see totally different climates at a distance. You can be underneath a huge rain cloud when there are clear skies a ways ahead. Oregon is so bipolar. xD

I don't really mind the crazy weather that much. Puddle-jumping can be fun; especially after a hard day. ^_^

Riding through puddles on bikes is fun.

Oregon weather is great. ( I bet weathermen have fun here.)

I love it when it rains even though it's warm outside.

I don't hate it, but then I made the adjustment to it long ago. I only wish it was nice more often on my brithday. Instead of it being nice for  along time, and then go crappy just before my b-day. I think it goes bad about the time Wuntvor's b-day rolls around. So I need to blame it all on him.

I love our weather... its quite weird... Like that snow storm 2 years ago...

*flashes back to the Christmas of 2008*

4 ft of snow EVERYWHERE! and heaven forbid that the corporate office of
Regal would let the Division St. Theater CLOSE when NO ONE could get there...

I walked 40 blocks up division from my apartment on 121st & Division to the
theater, helping poor shmucks who got stuck trying to make the jump from
side streets to the main road and getting stuck in the heaping piles of snow that
had gathered from the plows as I went. Took me forever and when I finally
got to work, the corporate office made us stay open till 6:00 pm, but wouldn't
approve a plow truck (not until the 3rd day of snow did they relent!)

So we manned the freezing theater (several of the heating units had completely
iced up and no one was brave enough to scale the theater and screw around with
the rooftop units) And played all of about 4 movies (some of the projectors too,
were having trouble starting in the cold, which meant moving prints when movies
sold tickets).

It was all very.... low tech and quaint, and if you remember a girl in a Regal Uniform
helping you out of a giant snow drift in big canvas snow boots or making a igloo in
front of the theater, then you saw me, trying to make the best of my 4 double shifts
the week of Christmas 2008.

Like I said, weather in Oregon can be weird! But adventure is fun!

MM 2008 snow was great.  I made an igloo in my front yard finally, the most snow I've seen near where I live yet.  Our wheather is odd, especially sence the last 10 years are so are completely different from the 10 before that in the most bizarre ways.  We used to have A LOT of on and off showers and the last 5 years, besides the last few weeks, I can't remember seeing more then  a few days a year like that.  I wonder what the next 10 years will be like... eek!

It really doesn't matter that much to me: If it's sunny, I get to go outside and do fun stuff, and if it's rainy, I get to go drifting without tearing up my tires :)

Eh...nearly the same as non coastal way northern Cali (25 minutes away from Oregon :p)...random giant snow storms in April (yay snow on my birthday)..30 seconds it decides it wants to be sunny and warm..then a few minutes later it decides it wants to be raining..a lot.

I am kinda used to it by now really...that doesn't mean I like it all the time though. Last couple years are just repeating a weather cycle from years prior really...the storm in 2008 was nothing like that one in 1992(or was it 93'...). I remember our cars being completely buried in snow when I lived in CRR Oregon that year & they actually cancelled school(which for Central Oregon...that is RARE).

the real surprise would be that the 4th of July was beautiful, and no chance of rain or mist whatsoever!

i love this weather! except when i have to carry school projects in the rain. other then that i love oregon. we got a lot of fun from the rain a few months back (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0JeNdyz-xU  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16QQVmOZAC0&feature=related) even though whenever i'm hangin with my friends we are rolling around in the grass, the rain doesn't prevent that. i just wish that we had snow more often, though not as much as when we do get snow.

I guess I complain about it until I remember that it could always be worse .__.
It's really not so bad compared to other places.
