Well, any night will work for me as long as it's after 9:45pm, but this week I've only got Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday off :S

While meet-ups are fun, in this case I wonder if you guys might be better served in doing some of this stuff via Skype..? xD It would be a lot easier to work around schedules .. And if you do, heck, lemme know, because I'd like to brush up on some o' my Nihongo, too.

If you don't know any, I'll teach you the bits that I know. I'd love to find a native speaker to learn from, but I haven't yet.
