I have a question about skits...!!

Okie dokie, so this year me and my friends will be doing a skit.. But we have some questions, this is our first time!!

1) Who do we contact to inform about our skit (if we even need to contact someone)?
2) How do we register to get in to do a skit.
3) When do the skits usually happen?

Uh, I know there's more but I can't think of the rest >__< But please answer those for me, It would really help!!

the pre-meeting should happen on Saturday night. It's the meeting prior to the cosplay event that your group should attend. During that meeting, the cosplay manager (me) confirms all skit registrations -- if there's a waiting list, wait list people will find out if they're in or not -- and tells people what happens when. It lasts about an hour. At that meeting, you'll look at the registration info I entered in the db and have a chance to make necessary changes/corrections. You will also be scheduled for technical rehearsal time and for costume judging time. We'll also be around to answer any pressing questions.
