I ate like a freaking pig today and I feel like crap.

It was my "cheat day" during my planned 5 days of rest before I start my new exercise routine and diet. Last routine was 10 days straight exercise, 5 days rest, 10 more days, 5 more days.

List of foods reppy ate:

- 2 Burgerville cheese burgers
- 1 raspberry milkshake
- 3 Walla Walla onion ring
- 1 McDonald's Double Cheeseburger
- 7 slices of Little Caesar's pizza (3 of which were re-heated later on the stove and cooked in olive oil)
- 2 strawberry Fantas
- 2 Diet Mountain Dews (Gotta watch my figure)

Hm. I'm in pretty good shape. I was doing a muscle mass building phase, which usually means you'll put on a few unwanted pounds. ^^ I'm 5'11", ~170lbs (haven't weighed myself in a week or so, but it was about that last time I checked) I started the year around ~155-160, so I've gained anywhere from 15-20 lbs and haven't put on a whole lot of fat. ^^

I mostly just want to lose the fat on mah belleh. It shouldn't be too hard. ^^

i want to do the opposite i im 5'10 and i only weight 126 so i want to gain like maybe 20 more pounds so ive been eating way ore and drinking those weight gainig drinks i hate being skinny lol

Made the unwise decision to watch a creepy horror serial right before bed. Not gonna lie, creeped myself into wanting to stay up.
It wasn't that scary, until I turned it off and my brain began playing with it.

It's a youtube serial called "Marble Hornets"
It's not THAT great, sometimes the scares are contrived, and the acting is so so, but it's like mystery/puzzle wrapped up in a horror plot, so it's pretty engaging.

It only has one season, so it's on a cliff hanger, which is the worst part.

If you plan to watch it, be warned, it has a VERY specific order. Including video responses that you need to watch to put things together.
