Braces and Cosplay
« on: August 10, 2010, 06:10:06 pm »
Hey guys! I just wanted to ask this for myself and anyone else who has the same dilemma I do. I'm not paranoid about my braces or anything like that but at times they do make me feel like they're making my cosplay look worse because my characters tend to not have them. I don't really notice them much on other people but I just wanted some opinions.

What do you guys think? Braces a big deal or no? And any ideas on how to get good pictures (smiling) without showing braces?

No one really notices, trust me. If you're getting photos taken, just smile with your mouth closed, or if that looks weird, use a different expression (srs, moe, mad, etc) that fits the character.
Practice in the mirror when you can, it'll help you learn what angles and expressions look best on you : P

I agree, its no biggy, just do non-braces showing facial expressions for photos!
