I remember seeing that episode...the outfuts kinda pissed me off too. I didn't really look like any sort of Japanese fashion I've ever seen, just a parody of anime characters. :/ A hideous parody, no less.

Yeah lol it was bad.

The lolita thing was terrible, the lady explaining it had some 90's BTSSB dress and was like "THIS IS BABYDOLL LOLITA" and they had to shop in Closet Child, Meta, and somewhere else to put together an outfit that was badly explained and showed to them.
The judges didn't know anything either, one of them was a MILK designer.
