Better? That's worse than comparing apples to oranges. They are two different sexes that have two completely different functions. And besides you're all so young, you don't even know who you are, let alone who anyone else may be, or become.

It takes both sexes to make the future. If you restrict yourselves to only one, you can kiss the future good-bye. But then your selfishness will probably doom us all anyway.

I like to look at women more than men. But I would prefer to be around men. I like things with as little hidden agenda as possible. It's not going to happen with women around. And secrets. Men don't keep secrets. There are things men don't talk about, but it isn't a secret. Secrets are weapons. Men's weapons are all external, not internal. That's why we can fight, and be friends later, and women cannot.

A guy will be your friend until you make an enemy of yourself. Even if it has been 20 years down the road. Women, if they don't see you for 3 months, you have to start the friendship process all over from square one.
So basically you're saying it's unfair to compare them and that they're totally different.
...Then you rudely stereotype women.

Stay classy.

Stereotyping was not the point, but repeated observations were.

When my wife asks my opinion about something. That isn't what she is asking. I have to guess at what she really wants to know. Last night I told her I was going to work today 4 hours early. She made a question something like "So you don't want to be hearing my alarm in the morning, do you." I said " no, not particularly." So she got mad at me. What, she wanted me to say but honey, I so want to be awake with you 3 1/2 hours after I go to bed, to hear your alarm clock go off, and a few minutes later, go off again, and repeat as necessary.? Maybe, but that is an unrealistic demand to make of someone.

Here's an observation that I have no scientific proof to validate; women will more than likely stand in the middle of the hall, path, whatever when stopping to hold a conversation, no matter how much it blocks traffic.

I honestly felt this thread was useless from the start. All it does is start a pointless debate over something is completely unimportant. People are people, end of story. To an extent this is an invitation for trolls to come in and piss everyone off. =P

I like the thread for the sole reason that I adore reading pointless debates, and for the most part I am amused by trolls xD

Well, Soundy, there really are no pointless debates. ;P
While debates may seem pointless to some, they are actually good practice debates.
A lot of debate teams will use these types of questions to warm up at the start of the season.
Of course you can't take a middle ground like just about everyone has but hey, to each his own.
But that's why I chose a side instead of middle ground. Because debate season is starting up soon and I need to get back in my game. ^^

But yes, pointless this is not.
Two years ago my debate team in HS had a warm up debate about if Dog is Man's Best Friend than Cats must be Women's Best Friend, and with this kept in mind, which is the better animal? So it was basically this topic but with cats and dogs in relation to men and women instead of simply men and women.

I knew you cared :')

I guess for the sake of debate...I choose women. Gonna keep this one short as I am really busy at work today. They tend to be kinder, smarter, more imaginative/creative, & more attractive. Although I have met some guys that still have follow the same guidelines, it never seems to add up evenly. Oh ya...women on average tend to be shorter than guys too...which I find super cute. :P

My responmse as to who is better men or women, my answer is NEITHER and I'll explain why.

I believe both men and women have their advantages and their disadvantages. Women are the the ones who with the right contribution are the bearers of children. But men on the other hand have the ability when they want to, to be good fathers to their kids as well.  Women and men express their feelings in different ways. Speaking as a male I don't pretend to completely understand how the female mind works. But in all fairness women could say the same abbout us men XD. We men can be stubborn, proud, and sometimes weven gruff/ Women can be ornery, unpredictable,  and complex.

But you see i also believe that when men and women work together as equals that EPIC things are possible. That's my 50 bits on the matter.
