Friday Night Pre-Reg Check In will open at 4pm and the line will be located at the parking garage entrance on the corner of SW Taylor and SW Broadway
Late Owl Convention Registration will open at 6pm, Location TBD

Sat, Sun, and Mon All Normal Registration and Check In tables open at 7am and close at 7pm
Pre-Reg Check In will be located at the SW Entrance at the corner of SW Salmon and SW Broadway
Day Of Convention Registration will be located at the parking garage entrance on the corner of SW Taylor

VIP/ADA/Industry Reg/check in will be staffed 24 hrs. Location will change to Operations office at night.

I can't. I have a prior committment. This is why I was hoping that this'd be done, or at least started, after the meeting. Saturdays are usually like that for me. (The entire month of September will be an exception, though).

Is the parking garage entrance the same place to go for badge pickups for pre-registers also? I had my badge mailed but my friend is doing the badge pickup.

it depends on the day, friday, yes it will be, sat, sun and mon No it will be located at the other entrance.

Will call is located at the pre-reg check in desk.
Please look at my previous post more closely, it says where to go on what day.

I has a question.

When we check in, do we get the option of a lay or those holders that attach directly to our cosplays again? Cause if not, I wanna go out and buy something so I can attach my badge directly to my cosplay, the lay will mess with my wig.

Very Good question, Both. We will have both lanyards and bulldog swivel clips. We will have a small number of lanyards (roughly 600) the rest will be bulldog clips. It is much easier to use a bulldog clip than, as you stated, trying to put a lanyard over a cosplay outfit.

So apparently i need to clarify this more.

FRIDAY NIGHT
At the beginning of the parking garage there is a door, at that door is where the Pre-Reg /Will Call, LINE will start. You will go through the door and enter on the plaza level at the Reg desk.

SATURDAY
The Pre-Reg / Will Call Line will move. The line will start at the (South) Broadway Hotel entrance door. You will enter the door walk down a few steps and across the hallway to the short escalator. At the top of the escalator you will Check in.

IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A DAY BADGE or REMAINING 3 DAY PASS on any day besides Friday, You will line up at the parking garage entrance.

MONDAY

The Will Call /Pre Reg line will join in with the Day of Con reg.

The 2011 Pre-Registration will begin around 11am and the line will be located where pre-reg was (south Broadway entrance).

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE ALL FORMS READY AND FILLED OUT WHEN YOU REACH THE TABLES

I pre-registered, and so did my friend and she's going with me but were underage.
Her parents aren't going to the con but she never did a parental permission forum.
If she brings a paper signed by her parents will that be enough? o 3o;

I am sorry but no, we can only accept the parental permission form, just click this link, download it, fill it out and bring it in.
There is still time to have them complete it.

Reg Hours
Friday 4pm-10pm
Sat and Sun 7am - 7pm
Monday 8am till 1pm

If I am pre-registered, and have my badge already, I could check-in Friday evening and then just come back Saturday morning without having to deal with check-in lines again?
