Free cosplay photo shoots available

I'm interested in arranging a few free photo shoots with cosplayers during Kumoricon 2010 on Friday and Saturday.  For reference, you can see some examples of my photography here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/tomgood/sets/72157624711406453/ (many of these were taken at Sakuracon or Kumoricon).

The available time slots will be:

Friday (day 0)
6:30pm
7:00pm
7:30pm
8:00pm

Saturday
6:00pm
6:30pm
7:00pm
7:30pm

These are scheduled at half hour intervals, but each shoot will probably not require 30 minutes.  It could be 10 minutes, or longer depending on what you want and how many people are in the group.

Third Level Sharingan contacts as well.
It's his exact Shippuden outfit with a black strapless bra and long black hair in a pony tail.

If you wish, I can bring my straight long black wig to do hair down shots.
I can also bring my second pony tail clip to do pig tails like seen in my display picture.

Yes, the Pioneer Courthouse is a nice historic building, close by, and it would be a good spot.  Another good historic building is the Old Church at 11th and Clay, but that is a longer walk (5 blocks South, 3 blocks West of the hotel).  The nearest "sandy beach" is on the waterfront at the end of Columbia St.  (6 blocks East, 4 blocks South of the hotel)

We were thinking meeting in front of the hotel or in the hall and then move towards somewhere near the garage or something grudge/industrial looking.

Good question.  The short explanation: my policy is that all my cosplay photos may be freely used by the people in them, and by Kumoricon/Sakuracon, if I am credited as the photographer.  So yes, you can put them on deviantart or any other site.

Here is the longer explanation:  I will go through all the raw photos and figure out which ones are "keepers."  Usually some don't work out for various technical reasons, so those get deleted.  I will do some post-processing on the rest of them.  I'll choose some photos to use on my sites.  Normally I use only a small fraction of what I shoot.  Then I will make the photos from these arranged photo shoots (both the ones I used and the rest) available to the people who posed, by posting them online and posting the link here, or sending them by email, etc.

With my other photos from the con that are not from an arranged photo shoot, my policy about people using them is the same, except that it won't be practical for me to try to track down each person who happened to be in a photo and contact them.  So if you recognize yourself in one of my general con photos you can use it.

p.s. OK, AgehaIX gets 8pm Saturday, soundninja12 gets 8:30pm Saturday, and that means all the slots are full except for 8pm Friday.

Instructions:

- Meet at the entrance to the Hilton on the 6th Ave. side (SW 6th & Salmon), outdoors.  I am 5'11", short hair, glasses, and I'll be wearing jeans and a black T-shirt
- From there we will walk to various photo shoot locations, but we'll stay within about a 6 block radius of the hotel.
- If it is a cold day and your costume is not warm enough, you may want to bring a jacket or something else to wear while we are walking around.  The weather report looks pretty good, but it may cool down in the evening.
- If there are any props, accessories, or variations to your costume that would look good in a photo, bring them too.

6:30pm Sunday would be tough: that is right after the Cosplay Contest and I'm covering that too, so I will need to take a break after that.  Would 7:00 or 7:30 work?
