not me :I my classes got all mixed up so i got crappy elective choices.

i had to choose between
weightlifting
wood tech
pottery (touching clay urks me)

I got my schedule today and I found out that I had no theater or Japanese class.
It was messed up in other ways too.
Hopefully I can get it fixed tomorrow.

I'm not excited for school.

I am excited for the Japanese courses but I am not excited for the math. I need a lot of math for my major so I am still looking at another year of it.

At least he doesn't care what you do after ap testing. You pretty much get a free period after that.

Freshman orientation for my college is next Tues-Thurs.
I start classes on the 20th.
They have yet to release the books I will need...

Plus! They screwed up my schedule...

Beginners Theatre
Math 97 (Which is pretty good since I haven't had math since Pre-Calc/Trig Soph year)
Fitness Lab (Anytime I want! I just have to have a certain amount of hours I turn in at the end of each week)

They took me out of my English class.
I was supposed to be in Technical Writing because my AP English scores got me 5 college English credits which take care of English 101.
However, despite this paper that I have right here that says I don't need to take it, they took me out of my class because I need English 101 to take it.
So I have to go BACK and REENTER the class and pray it's still open.

I hate that I have to take Intro to Drama for my major since I already know Stanislavsky's Method which isn't even taught until Beginners Theatre. I shouldn't even have to take Beginners since I already know everything on the curriculum. My teacher even told me herself I was going to be bored during the whole Quarter.

Ouch, that is stupid that they are making you take ENG 101 when you have the credits. Kinda a waste of 3 months time and $600

Yeah, considering the paper that says I don't need ENG 101 is from THEM, I think it's bull. D<
So after FYI (orientation), on Tuesday, I'm going to head into the office with my pretty piece of paper and demand my Tech Writing class back because right now I have an hour gap in my schedule between Theatre and Math. And I don't want to work out before math. I'd rather do it after when I can take out my frustration of not understanding an equation on some machine. XP

And if Tech is full, I guess I could just pick up some other credit I need for my AA...
Like a Science...or something...

What does Science and Math even have to do with Theatre?! DX
I don't see why I need these credits for my major!

I'm actually excited about this term. owo

SP 220 - Communication, Gender and Culture (whee~ anything involving cultural studies is my kind of class! x3)
FR 101 - First-Year French (about time!! *needs to brush-up on writing*)
ENVS 181 - Terrestrial Environment (meh, for the credits. =w= )

I was also considering taking some kind of Theatre course in order to boost my self-confidence; so I may look into that. :'D

My schedule's pretty cool, I don't start until 5th period at 11:20 which is Woodworks, then lunch, then English 12 CP, then Algebra 2 and I get to leave! My school has made a ton of staff cuts which is why I was saddled with woodworks (there's only one other girl in my class, haha!) but I'm starting to like it.

And I've pretty much figured out my post HS plans so this will be the least stressful year ever ~

Intro to Chemistry w/ lab
Japanese 121
and Multicultural America

Chemistry should be pretty hard, and I don't really want to take a foreign language, but I need the first to meet my Associates in Education and I feel like I should probably learn Japanese by the time I graduate with my Bachelors so I don't feel so out of place when I start my ESL program. Multicultural America is going to be awesome though, I've heard the class is really interesting, and it's with my absolute favorite professor. We high-fived over it in the hallway when I told her.

I always hated the first day of school....

I would ALWAYS get sick on it and the fact that the week before I would have to crash my body to reset the internal sleep clock....just cause I used to read books till like 3 AM just means I wanted a head start on the next year of English!

I just talked to my adviser so I should have a second degree in three years or so. I don't have to worry about any side classes other than this term and the next. Those side classes are pretty much just whatever the crap I want to take so I'm a full time student.

I'm taking Intro to 2D design, Intro to Drawing, Intermediate Algebra, and Psychology 200.

It's been 2 years since I last took psychology and six years since I last had a math class. This should be interesting.

I don't have school until the...eighth. Which is awesome, because it's like my after-con rest time and stuff XD

But guh, I just wanna know if I have any classes with any of my friends, I don't want the first few months of Junior year to...well, suck. At least I don't have Communications first period.
