I have a really nice scarf I got in Chinatown, CA and it's made of Pashmina and silk. I would use it but it's way too short.

Don't want fleece...Would be WAY too warm, but it does work very well ^^

I'm going to raid my fabric closet this weekend to see what I have, and I've been scouting Goodwill for fabric as well.

And no matter what I'm gonna get choked.......
(Would she kill me if I got an actual collar charm to replace her's? It's dying my skin ;A;)

I used iron-on reflective tape, cut into little squares =x it was really bright when people took pictures. But if you didn't want to just have reflective tape, you could wire an LED panel into the sleeves.

er- my dear, that is zumi costume one. little snow updated her outfit. I have a pic of it if you want.
