Well, I guess Ive found my way to this topic.
I dont really know much of anything about Vocaloid or its characters or whatever their are called. But I do love most of them. Well, mainly Miku. lol

Like I said in the pokemon topic, I am debating about crossplaying as miku. However, I'd like to know from you guys if I could pull it off well enough and not look wierd or ugly.

I have seen other males cosplay as her and while you can still easily tell they are a male, they also look good and pulled it off well.

So I just want to ask about it first.
especially considering my last crossplay didnt blow over as well as I was hoping. (but that was mainly due to the style of the outfit itself)

Like I said, I have no real knowledge of Vocaloid. So I dont know what Mikuo looks like... (Can you point me to a pic, or should i just google it?)

Also, I ask about it because there is still a certain level of "general approval". Even if I think it looks ok, you may not. So thats why I ask you all.

I would be Miku if that is who you really want to be. ^^ We don't mind men as women or women as men. We rarely get men playing women so it's a nice change when it happens.

Wow. THat second pic of him is just wow.
Thats just an edited version of Miku.
All they did was add pants over her boots and filled in her upper arm spots. And cut off the long parts of her hair.

I'd still love to cosplay as normal Miku, but only if you think I can pull it off somewhat. (you cant offend me by saying no.)

Oh yeah, you never saw my Luxray Crossplay from this past Kcon did you?

It was ok for the most part, but I kinda ignored the fact that it was mostly skin tight and what not. People asked for my pic, but it wasnt the greatest success ever... Logically, I should have much better luck with Miku.

So, I looked over all the stuff I'm gonna need to do for Sync Kaito, and I want it to turn out REALLY good, so I've decided that it's a two year process and so I'm pushing him back a year.

But I'm still doing Matryoshka!
And I may bring default...Not sure yet.

Amazon.com is a good place to find it.
You can only find the English ones there, um.. if you are good at Japanese then Recommend looking elsewhere for Miku, since she is the Japanese version.
