@Malaria - Also the tartans were kinda stolen from the Scots too...*hello UK!* so using that as the main pattern for the costume...heh ^_^;; Don't know what else I could add...the monocle, the cane, and the general design of the outfit are to give it that upper crust flair...um...accents will be done in golds...probably some gems on the cane topper...maybe a gold pocket watch if i can find one or if my mom has one...mine are silver...

I've already done the safari thing for other steampunk things, so I think I'm good on that...besides having upper-crust England with a copy of the Ripper headlines would just be epic!

(totally mean NO offense by this...just the most likely theories or accusations tossed around were Jewish immigrants or in particular a slightly crazy Trukish man who was a suspect at one point...)

...I hate it when wigs are done in so many different ways for one character...for England they have a really pale blond or a yellow blond, really short or chin length, flipped out in the back or not, styled and spiked on top or not...>_< And knowing so little about Hetalia I have no idea what is the 'accepted' version...bleh

Though there is a Japan wig that I found that would work perfectly for a character I plan to do for 2012 who is no longer cosplayed much and was dreading having to cut and style a wig myself for! yay!

Please, please don't go yellow. Yellow is the anime. The anime has atrocious colorings. Stick with a truer blond, or a slightly sandier color if you have to. Pale blond is what I have for my Sealand cosplay, and it works well enough.

I go by the official colour chart for hair. Not so much for eyes, because purpleish-red contacts are hard to find. .
