when you lose weight like up to 53 lbs will your breasts shrink dramatically? Its a stupid question but I don't want to plan to be a ukraine then have dramatic boob shrinkage.

They might. Usually your breasts are the first to shrink (or one of the firsts, depending on the person.) I lost about 20 pounds and went down a whole size.

It just depends on your body. Sometimes, no matter how hard you work out, you can't lose weight in certain areas.
