@Washougal_Otaku I don't know about Seasons three and four, but Seychelles doesn't appear in one and two. As far as I know, since I kinda fell behind almost a year ago, her main appearance was for Gakuen Hetalia.

Possibly because Austria played a big role in Europe and the world in the first half of the 20th century, whereas Serbia wasn't.

THAT is why i'm waiting for some sort of "Hetalia complete box set" to come out in the next year or two (Because they say season one like it's a big thing, but the entire season one only adds up to a little over two hours so...yeah, that's why i'm waiting(plus it's cheaper))
