ALSO, do you guys think it'd be a great crime if I made it a bit more conservative and sacrificed some accuracy? I mostly intend on covering the cleavage area a bit more than it is in the game and maybe raising the back of the bodice a bit.

By all means do it. The back in mine is a lot higher in order to make accommodations for the wings. I don't know if you have seen a lot of pictures of the back but on some of them the wings are coming out of her skin and the bodice starts below that. If I was able to do that I would but I can't think of a way so I had to raise it. Plus with morrigan I never see how it actually stays on. If you were to make it accurate you would need a lot of tape to hold it in place. What I would suggest is to make it closed at the top like Lilith's is. Make the heart a little lower so you can leave the top closed and that will help it stay on better.

I got the paint I need to start painting my wings and my bodice today. I hope to have it done by next week. I need to do a thin layer of paint on each side so it will take a while to get the color I want x.x

Getting costumes ready to ship and commissions done at the moment.

One girl purchased my Nightie Bridget cosplay so I ironed it, did some touch up paint on the cross and added a new grommet. I should be shipping that off to her tomorrow.

Sporkoon is buying my Default Bridget and my PJ Bridget so I ripped the seams attaching the garter belt and underwear to the leg things (Don't want to sell someone my used underwear!) and ironed it. I also ironed the habit and dress, removed the gross bias tape ties, and cut out the bases for a new headplate and one of the crosses. I'm going to try to get all the small pieces cut out for the headplate and cross tonight so the new few days can be spent painting and sealing them.

Trumby also gave me a skateboard for my Genderbend Lucas Lee costume and I removed the trucks so I can sand the bottom of the board eventually.

Tomorrow my goals are: Start sealing the headplate and cross, attach new ties to the habit, fix the crack on the handcuff to prepare for repainting, start fixing the boot covers, and dye a wig for Shay. If I have extra time and feel like it I also might buy some bondo so I can start finishing Ramona's Hammer for myself.

Oh hey, I ordered a wig for Ennis/Mimiru from them today. I was confused because I thought that since they increased the price of the wigs there was no more shipping, **** cosworx, if they didn't have the exact wig I needed I would not order from them.

I'm kind of posting it everywhere, but I was a little worried and then people said it looked good so I wanted to share.


First wig commission (Whoop, whoop!) It was just a dye job for Shay's Shin wig from NANA. I've never watched the show or anything but the guys hair is cool looking, hahaha. I ran it through a darker dye bath and then washed it in an alcohol bath twice because the color seemed a little dark. Hurr durr, Shay has final word on whether it's chill or not though, I don't mind either way. It was really interesting tinting a wig so little.

I bought loafers and my blouse for Panty today. Im a bit frustrated with my progress on backlace... its taking longer than I thought Once I get everything painted all I have to do is take care of the lights... my boyfriend is setting me up 3 led lights with a battery compartment but we need to find a small one to fit it all in ;w;

My tsubaki wig is half-done, I just need to style the bangs and attach the ponytail. Her shirt is half-sewn, just a little more hemming and adding the star. And then the rest of the costume is unstarted, but I intend to start it soon and get it done as quickly as possible so I don't end up doing it crappy and last minute. *crosses fingers*

I got my head wings attached to the wig and the glue is drying right now. I have the big wings attached and am painting over the tape. I think the tape will hold just fine and I will test it out but otherwise I will attach them to a thin piece of wood.

I also started working on Lugia again and got the spikes attached. All that is left is the blue stomach part and the sleeves and that is done. I got a week left to finish it all. I think Lilith will be done Christmas and Lugia done shortly after.

As far as I know, they aren't helpful with getting out tangles; they're usually for preventing tangles from happening.  However, there's probably some out there that are made for that sort of thing.

After mewcon I am going to order some latex to smooth out everything. The lighting for the wig sucks here but it is a perfect color. Also this is the back of the big wings. Once the paint dries I will get a picture of the front.

Here is the front of the wings and what the bodice looks like. It is skin tight. I am not sure how well the zipper will hold up but that is what mewcon is for.
