Kuroshitsuji - Black Butler - 2011 (PHOTOSHOOT UPDATEEE 9/3)

Right now, I'm treating myself to a Kuroshitsuji season two marathon. Since they just subbed the last episode, I've been saving that for today. 

I would love to be the seaweed, but I'm still a beginner when it comes to sewing, so I don't think I'd be able to do that.
Because Lizzy's ballgown is gonna be so much easier. 
Well, I'm hoping that after I put together my Alois cosplay, I'll be able to pull together a half decent Lizzy. I'll probably (wait, no, definitely) need help, but that's not hard to get. 

I really wanna make Ciel's eyepatch. I'm not quite sure why, but it seems like something that would be easy enough to make. I could hand sew it and, knowing me, I'd probably actually wear it.

well, i was gonna actually go to chinatown today but the sky decided to open up and pour on me. so i said eff it and went back home to the warmth and tea. all i wanted was a price range.

I'm enjoying the rain. I missed it so much. But I can understand how it might not be the best day for Chinatown. 

I'm wearing glittery makeup, and in the light, it reminds me of the third episode of the second season of Kuroshitsuji. It looks kinda like the magnesium oxide.   
And, of course, I would make that comparison.

hehehe. i need to watch the second season, the musical and the hamlet thing. im waiting for a 4 day weekend so i can just do a marathon.

its on the never ending list of things to do. the seaweed cosplay wouldnt be too hard to do. and, i think ill find a way so that i dont overheat in the cosplay.

I though I would be melting in me Nekozawa cloak, but it was really nice.

i had too many layers on for my hunny cosplay. so it wasnt as comfy as i would like. but it wasnt too bad. the jacket was so stuffy!

I can understand how that blazer would be a bit stuffy. Really cool looking, though.

i didnt go to the photoshoot cuz NO ONE told me about it until it already happened. and the cosplay was fine but the binding was a pain in the butt. i had on a unitard which was so not meant to be worn all day.

I have two more episodes to get through before it, and whenever I'm watching anime finales, I prefer to watch the last two episodes together. That was very beneficial in the first season of Kuroshitsuji, and Death Note. 
I'm so excited to find out what happens!!!!

Yeah, that sounds like a good plan. 
I think, once my cosplay collection grows, I'd like to have one that is my more easy going cosplay. Simple, comfortable, easy to get on and off, and all that loveliness.
Unfortunately, not enough anime characters have my hair. 
Maybe Alois will be that cosplay. the pieces are small and easy to work with, and it's something I'd probably wear anyway, if I had all the items. 

Okay, the last two episodes of Kuroshitsuji II are waiting for me. Yay!!
I wanna take a break, though.

The Welsh made me happy too.
And she could sing!! I mean, for her character (I'm hoping people who have seen it, get that, and people who haven't don't . . . .) it's logical, but I still didn't see it coming. 
I almost cried. I mean, I sobbed watching the first season's ending, but I just watched the second season's finale, and . . . I suppose I'll just say that the ending was tolerable. As far as anime endings go. 
So I didn't sob, but I teared up.
And I'm really sad that nothing else is coming. Except for the OVAs, I suppose.

Anyhoo, now I'm that much more motivated to cosplay as Alois. And Ciel. And Lizzy. 

I still need a Kuroshitsuji character with hair like mine, though!! *mixed emotions*

I'm not sure whether I'd be pissed or thrilled about a third season. 
I'd love to see, umm . . . a new contract form . . . .

People who haven't seen the ending, I hope you are utterly confused. 
I owe a lot to that series. It got me into the Faustian contract aspect of fiction (I'm a writer), and black as a nail color, and random sketches involving pentagrams. 
That sounded weird.

It's raining really hard. That's what you get in Oregon, I suppose. The breeze is heavenly. I've missed the downpour season.

Well I think many people forget about her, or only read the manga, so she isn't as popular.
I'm sure if you did a cosplay of her everyone would be amazed!! (^o^)/

Hmm there are always platform boots (white) and binding styles.
If you have a compression shirt, it works very fine too.

Ok! Thanks! I think it'll be really original and I already know where I can get/make my outfit for her~ the only problem would be getting some really cool angel wings. I've tried to make them before and failed miserably. Tutorials don't even help and I don't have the time and money to spend on making big ol' wings. But I don't want to get the crappy, halloween angel wings either. Ha. I guess I could do a version without her wings, it just wouldn't be as cool...

The only character that has long curly brown hair that I can think of immediately is Alexiel from Angel Sanctuary (but her costume would be hard to do.)
