You know, I never thought I would have an answer for this, since I've never loved one character's outfits enough to want to do all of them, but... Katara from Avatar: the Last Airbender. Actually, if I could cosplay every outfit that every female character wears from that show, I would. In a heartbeat. I love it that much.

I think another character for me would be Alice of Heart no Kuni no Alice.
She has a few different outfits and they are all super lovely.
