The big open area by the picnic shelters (and the picnic shelters themselves if they're not in use) would be a great place to meet. Easy to find, low in duck poo.

I might be able to come. If I do, I'll be bringing two friends with me.
I'll be cosplaying casual Hungary(since there's already so many Prussias), one of my friends will be cosplaying Russia, and my other friend is undecided about her cosplay(between Mr. Tony, England, and Canada).
I'm still not sure if we'll be able to go though, so we're just a maybe.

Haha I have a bunch of plates, bowls, napkins, cups and utensils left over from the last Eugene meet-up that I went to, so I'll bring those, and a big thing of ice water, along with the other stuff. n.n It wouldn't hurt to have a few more though, just in case~ <3

There's like, apparently going to be a huge storm rolling in tomorrow, guys.
I suggest a reschedule, because being caught in a downpour doesn't sound very appealing, even with a rain shelter.
'M not sure I'll be going, my dad doesn't want to drive down and have there be lots of rain and little cosplayers.

Well...I know a lot of the times the weather forcast can be wrong, so we could just hope for the best. And besides, it's kind of a little late to reschedule considering how many people are going to show up, and the fact that it's the day before, AND the fact that a lot of people who are going to this probably won't be getting to this thread by tomorrow.

GOOD WEATHER STORY.

My friend and I were going to drive to seatlle for sakuracon last year, and apperently the BIGGEST STORM OF THE YEAR WAS ROLLING IN, HABIDFAHSFKNNO!!@!1! and my parents were freaking the eff out. but we went anyway and once we got there, it pretty much only sprinkeled like, 2 times the whole weekend. :T

I had never watched any until last night at Wuntvor's Anime Friday. Watched the first 3 and was amazed by the level of crack. I can see why it's addictive and I was also like WTH really? Whoever came up with the idea is genius.

That said best wishes for the event, I might happen by (more likely I'll be at work) but I am not immersed (yet) in the fandom enough to have any cosplay for it.

BTW my cosplay will be turning into casual russia due to... well, my uniform cosplay of it is falling apart TwT So it'll get fixed in its spare time :3 another btw though, I spent most of this morning almost throwing up plus still feeling queazy so I might not be as involved as I hoped TwT but! It's okay to have umbrellas when you're in cosplay. Highly styled wigs/delicate costumes+rain=very very bad
