Kumoricon 2011 - Free For All, Who are you Gonna Cosplay? Thread

We've got "Who should I be", and individual group threads, and photoshoot threads, and progress threads, but no where to just shout out "So I'm going to be these characters next year!" whenever you want.

BUT NOW WE DO.

Next year, so far, I am 100% guaranteed going to be Teo from Avatar.

And I'm also considering doing any mix of the following, Red from There Will Be Brawl, Sarah Jane Smith from Doctor Who (specifically Hand of Fear), Princess Eilonwy from the Black Cauldron, Robin Hood from Disney's Robin Hood, Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon, Barbara Gordon aka Oracle from The Birds of Prey comics, Kim Possible from Kim Possible, Clandestine Jones from YU+ME: Dream, Kida from Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and Anton from The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. SO MANY THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM. SO MANY THINGS TO WORK ON. Obviously I will only wind up doing three or four, including Teo.

What projects are all y'all considering/starting work on for next year's con?

I have another one.

Me and a few of my friends are considering doing a Baman and Piderman group.

I would be Pumkin (Now with feets!).

I want to do this mostly because it'd be hilarious and awesome, and because making a Baman costume would be so fun, you'd get to like, make gloves that had extra fingers in them. Also, because being Baman, Piderman, Pumkin, and Tuba would be just so excellent.

Interestingly enough, that's two costumes one of my friends has talked about that involve tubas. Maybe I should just get her a junky old tuba already.

8th Doctor is Confirmed For Brawl, both for Sakuracon and Kumoricon. I also hope to maybe have Kyokotsu finished by Sakuracon? That would be nice but probably won't happen. At least not to the level that I would like it to happen, which would be at the level of "HOLY CARP LOOK AT HER SHE'S LIKE A PRINCESS OR SOMETHING SHE LOOKS SO SQUISHY AND REGAL"

Lina Inverse is my top focus for cosplaying this year.  I'm looking at (most likely) going with series-version Lina, along with Lina in a [CENSORED] dress, and Lina in some sort of swimwear.  Following her, it's male-type Ranma Saotome.
