Our next General Meeting will be held Saturday, December 18, at 1:00 PM at the Phoenix Inn in Tigard, Oregon.

It's near the Washington Square Mall.

Although the following event in that room is restricted to current (2010 and 2011) members of Altonimbus Entertainment, general meetings are open to the public, and members of the public are welcome to stay until 5:00. Meet and plan with other staff, find out about joining staff or become a volunteer, and learn about open staff positions. Bring interested friends!

I know the holidays and travel and november being a short month makes it hard for a meeting there's a week i super busy, work a 13 hour day on thanksgiving, get up at 4am for shopping pass out then saturday after is Jazgiving! day of the worlds best gravey

The unconfirmed rumor is that Orycon and Thanksgiving filled the potential weekends. I don't know if that's the actual reason, but that's what I've heard.

Does anybody know if people can sign up for events and panels at this meeting? I'd like to get mine down a.s.a.p. and I know someone who wants to get working on hers, too.

DO NOT ADD WATER!! you just roasted a 15 lbs= turkey you will have plenty of stock so pull out a cup of it lett it cool a bit add you flour or corn starch mix it pu and add to the rest of the stock in the pan
people add too much water then more flour to thicken it = flavorless gravey
gravey should be meaty condensed essence of delishness

I've been wanting to go to the meetings but haven't been able to go to any of them because I am being a workaholic right now~! -Every saturday I have work- <_< all the meetings has been on a saturday except probably one.. and I worked that day too. I do have a question, since I can't make it to the meetings but want to sign up for staff all over again as well as offer you guys a new staffee who do I need to bother? Oh as well as doing it before the Jan 22 Deadline? (yay for my run on sentence!)

i'm going to the zoo meetup too, so don't worry. it's not that important after 5pm (i'm leaving at 5pm the meeting at that time) cuz after that it's just the party.

@Devin - I wouldn't say it is. It is helpful to attend as many meetings as possible though, especially once we get closer to con time. Besides, the meeting itself will probably end between 2 and 3, assuming that there's lots of things to address.

Well, there's a chance that I might not be able to make it, either. There's a family matter that's taking place right now and, knowing my family, it's possible that plans will change, which will mean that I'll have to watch my niece, or nephew, or maybe both. (I hope not both; they can be a handful individually...). If things stay as they have been arranged, I should still be able to make it.
