What's your favorite costume?

So most cosplayers I know have one costume of their own that they are absolutely IN LOVE with. Maybe because they put a lot of work into it, or they won an award, or they just love the character.
So what I want to know is what is your favorite costume that you've ever worn?

For me, my Roxy costume is easily my favorite.



Why? When I wore the costume, people told I looked just like the character, and for a short, weird-faced, awkward-weight girl, that is always good to hear.
And plus it was a last minute thing, ~boogiepop~ asked me to do the character about a month before the con.

I don't really have a favorite costume. I like all the ones I'm currently re-wearing and have done pretty equally so I can't choose.

Well my favorite costume at the moment is Russia, but i'm sure that will change in about a year or two xD

I'm totally in love with my Revolutionary War America costume right now 'cause it's the first costume I've ever made. Feels good man. = w =

I think mine might be Akito Sohma. Though once I get my renaissance costume done for my next cosplay I'm sure that'll be my favorite <3

This beast. Ukitake may be my most comfortable costume and I may be able to creep on people and give them candy in it, but this costume I simply 100% LOVE. Vaclav is one of my favorite Trinity Blood characters and designs, and as infuriating as it could be to make the whole outfit it was so amazingly fun and worth it. I'm so glad I made this costume.

I have no idea what I'm going to make next. Hoo boy.

I don't have a favourite cosplay either... I have yet to make a cosplay I'm truly proud of.

I dunno, I have a few favourites, but I think I'm going to have to say that my favourite overall costume is my Rika costume - it's fun to wear, and comfortable, and I'm relatively proud of it, and people tend to recognize me and I am always the only Rika at any given con, and yeah. Also, demeanour is fun. But as far as acting in costumes? The most fun I've had being semi-in character was cosplaying Mello. That was so much fun. I kept the gun in the front of my pants and just pulled it on everyone, all the time, and I got to be a tremendous douchebag, which was really entertaining. Same reason I like my Scout cosplay.

I have a feeling, though, that when I make my Schmendrick cosplay, that one's going to be my favourite. I can't wait to get started on that.

Well, this one is kinda hard for me, especially since I've only done two different characters.  So, I'll give reasons why each one COULD be my favorite...

1/Ranma Saotome - Ranma is one of my favorite characters of all time.  I even took over two years to grow out my hair so that I could have his length.  I never got it QUITE right, and had to get it cut (stupid sexist Taco Bell jerks...).  Also, having been a former Ranma, I actually felt excited hearing Cathy Weseluck say to ME, "Ranma go on date with Shampoo?"

2/Mikuru Asahina - I still can't believe how much love & attention I got for this (at least the first time).  Lots of fun moments, including my first & only cosplay skit.  It would've been nice to have had someone helping me out with my make-up (I gave up on it after awhile).

I really like my Katara cosplay (even though the wig is SO HEAVY and hurts to wear for more than about 6-8 hours) since it's one of those characters that a lot of people recognize and like, which is always cool. I also love my Rosa (Assassin's Creed 2), Dr Mrs The Monarch (Venture Bros, even though I really need to remake it), and Mistress of Ultraprison (Superjail). Rosa and Mistress are kind of obscure for anime conventions since they're both from western things, but when they're recognized people tend to really love them which is awesome. And then Dr Mrs is recognized fairly easily and also receives lots of love.

Probably My Blair or Lucia cosplay. Lucia because I love that character and I feel so accomplished for that being my second costume ever I made fully. :3 Blair because she's hot and I liked some of the attention I got. XD

I haven't done but a couple cosplays...but out of them, my Repoman is by far my favorite & will probably remain that way for a long time. I have a few other cosplay plans that I won't reveal until I am satisfied with how they look...but they are also going to be epic & cost a lot of money/time...
